Tool measurement and presetting
You measure a tool on the ZOLLER presetting and measuring machine. The measurement data and the tool ID are saved.
Coding of the tool and the presetting data
»zidCode« creates the presetting data or a unique tool ID as a 2D code. This is the basis for error-free data transfer to the CNC machine.
Scanning the 2D code at the CNC machine
You scan the code with »zidCode« at the CNC machine and read the actual tool data or the tool ID error-free into the machine control.
