Alexander Zoller

As President of ZOLLER Inc. since 2004, Alexander Zoller has been a driving force in the family owned, global technology company, and was the visionary to execute the expansion plan for the new North American Headquarters and Industry 4.0 Tech Center, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  ZOLLER has positioned itself and its customers to adapt to the manufacturing reality of the future, where hardware, software and Automation work seamlessly to create the highest efficiency in part production. Alexander earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart in 2001, and took on the role of Managing Director of E.Zoller GmbH with managerial responsibility for ZOLLER Inc. in 2004.

Dietmar Moll

Dietmar Moll

Dietmar Moll is the Director of Business Development at  ZOLLER Inc. and holds a Masters of Engineering from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart.  Moll has had a long career at ZOLLER with a progression of many international roles in sales, and general management for India and Thailand and the United States. Overall, he has more than 18 years of  experience in the field of efficient manufacturing with a focus on machine tool applications and helping companies understand their process capabilities using tool presetting, measuring & inspection, tool management and Automation solutions. His experience in working with companies and partners across a variety of manufacturing segments, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive, and mining equipment ensures that ZOLLER is in alignment in solving real life part production challenges, as smart manufacturing, analytics and Industry 4.0 give rise to a new generation of possibilities in  integrated technologies and advanced manufacturing practices.

Max Egan

Max Egan is CEO of Atlas Fibre and Accurate Composites. Sister companies that, when combined, represent the largest vertically integrated rigid composites company in North America.

Atlas Fibre is the preeminent distributor of thermoset composite material and machinist of non-metallic materials with a specialty in thermoset composites such as G10, G11, FR4, and Canvas Phenolic as well as advanced high-performance plastics such as PEEK, Vespel, Ultem, PPS, and PVDF.

At Atlas Fibre he has been implementing the concept of Atlas Batch-Size-One. A lean approach utilizing flexible fixturing, process standardization, and cutting-edge automation. Atlas Batch-Size-One allows Atlas Fibre to produce a single component at the nearly same cost per part as a batch of 10,000+ and maintain that cost advantage through full production. Max holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Edwin Juarez

Edwin Juarez is the CEO of SJ Tools and holds a Degree in Advertising and Marketing and a Diploma in Financial Management. Edwin is also the CEO of EHJO group which is made up of 7 companies which are focused in different areas such as: dental, construction and distribution.

SJ Tools is a leading tool manufacturing company that was created in 2015 in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. It is 100% Mexican owned and has experienced exponential growth in recent years and is dedicated to manufacturing the highest quality cutting tools and special insert holders.  The client base of SJ Tools has broadened over the last 13 years and includes globally recognized brands in the automotive, aerospace and agricultural industry sectors such as John Deere, General Motors, Chrysler, Trane, Valeo. Engicom, and Brembo Rassini, amongst others.

David Darling

David Darling

David is a strategic thinker and innovator who is always looking at continuous improvement and technological innovation, not as one-time achievements, but as a business culture of their own. David has significant experience in varied manufacturing processes, business standardization, manufacturing engineering, sales, and marketing. After spending nearly 15 years in the automotive industry working for DaimlerChrysler/FiatChrysler he took the helm as VP & COO of a $50M wholly owned tool and die manufacturing company.  During this tenure, David effectuated massive change in almost every area he touched. Since that time, he has served an operational turnaround consultant, the President of Creston Industrial Sales, and now the Chief Strategy Officer of its partner company, CIMSOURCE NA.

CIMSOURCE’s standards and technologies are key to synchronize the master data management of tool suppliers and the manufacturing data management of tool consumers. As part of the Business Integration team, David has led projects with tool suppliers, system providers, distributors and tool users. “Tool data exchange is a team effort” has to be the basic concept. We enable global tool data exchange through synchronization of data bases and harmonization of standards. And the cornerstone is our platform ToolLink.

Cody Mitchell

Cody Mitchell

Cody Mitchell is the Territory Sales Manager for the North and South East Region and has been with ZOLLER since 2012. He will be our MC during the 25th Anniversary Open House & Technology Days!  Cody comes from an engineering background, previously working in saw blade development and geometry inspection using ZOLLER inspection equipment. 

Cedric Hasenfratz

National Sales & Partnership Manager- TMS Tool Management Solutions - ZOLLER Inc.

Cedric Hasenfratz

Cedric Hasenfratz is the National Sales and Partnership Manager for the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Portfolio and is passionate about bringing efficiency solutions to Manufacturing. Prior to his position at ZOLLER, he was the US Account Manager for HEXAGON MFG Intelligence (CAM & Simulation) software sales segment of the business. He has deep knowledge and experience in digital tool management and process optimization for modern manufacturing. 

Felix Kanbach

National Service Manager – ZOLLER Inc.

Felix Kanbach

Felix Kanbach is the National Service Manager for ZOLLER Solutions in North America and has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Heilbronn, Germany. As a former application engineer, he works closely with the ZOLLER customer base and manages the support team to ensure excellent service and aftersales support are available at all times. In his former role as ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Manager, he was responsible for supporting the implementation, roll out and training of ZOLLER Tool Management software solutions.

Werner Lueken

Director of Tool Inspection Solutions – ZOLLER Inc.

Werner Lueken

Werner Lueken is the Director of Tool Inspection Solutions at ZOLLER Inc and he received an engineering degree in industrial design from the University of Applied Science in Kiel, Germany in 1997.  Werner has been with ZOLLER Inc for 19 intense years, where he has worked in many functions but always with a focus on supporting customers in their tool inspection needs. He is passionate about helping cutting tool manufacturers and end users solve their tool geometry challenges and to give reassurance about tool quality, and is recognized as an expert in this field both in the USA and globally.

Matt Brothers

Industry 4.0 Technology Center Manager – ZOLLER Inc.

Matt Brothers

Matt Brother is the Industry 4.0 Technology Center Manager at ZOLLER Inc. With over 20 years of experience in special form cutting tool inspection and manufacturing, he bring a unique set to ZOLLER, in particular his specialization  in cutting tool inspection process development and troubleshooting. In the past, Matt has worked with both Starcutter and Northern Tool and has been with ZOLLER since 2017.

Michael Stepke

Training Manager - ZOLLER ACADEMY 

Michael Stepke

Michael Stepke is the Training and Development Manager at ZOLLER Inc. and is Head of the ZOLLER Academy since 2018. In his role,  he is responsible for implementation and development of training across all of the departments at ZOLLER Inc. He previously served as an Application Engineer, Regional Sales Manager and Product Specialist at ZOLLER, and holds a Master's in Industrial Surveying and Metrology from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. 

 

 

Andreas Diel

Andreas Diel

Andreas Diel is the west-coast Territory Manager at Zoller Inc. Pacific. His work history with the company Zoller spans over 30 years starting out with an apprenticeship program at Zoller in Germany. After receiving his tool & die maker journeyman certificate Andreas continued to gain valuable experience for more than a decade working on the Zoller production floor.

After transitioning to Los Angeles in 1995 Andreas was employed for 10 years as an R&D Engineer at a custom engineering company before rejoining the Zoller team in 2005. At that time Andreas started his sales career with Zoller Inc. and played a key role in establishing the now Zoller Pacific office and showroom facility located in Torrance California. Andreas has made a name for himself in building long lasting customer relationships and continues to thrive in supporting the Zoller Inc. west-coast sales regions.

Georg Maerz

Territory Manager - ZOLLER Inc.

Georg Maerz

Georg Maerz works as Territory Manager for Zoller Inc. He studied Engineering at the College for Mechanical Engineering in Wuerzburg, Germany and served his apprenticeship in Machine Tool Technology in Espelkamp, Germany. He joined Zoller in 2010 and supports customers in the machining industry and helps to enable them to create an efficient manufacturing process. He started his career as a mold maker and was promoted to Operations Management to support the plant. In 2002 he managed the oper­ations of a new mold making and machining facility in the USA to provide better support to customers in the USA. During his carrier he has gained expertise in the machine tool industry and cutting tool technology utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

Markus Lewandrowski

Project Manager – ZOLLER Inc.

Markus Lewandrowski

Markus Lewandrowski is a Project Manager for Zoller North America. After learning the trade of Tool & Die maker followed by a degree in Engineering, he moved to North America in 2002 to manage projects, including R&D, product design, structural and forming studies using FEM, etc. His next career step was to manage a custom CNC shop that supplied aerospace parts and automotive tooling for 15 years. First being a customer to Zoller by investing in ZOLLER technologies such as presetter, ZOLLER TMS software, and ZOLLER TMS Hardware in 2011, streamlining operations, he easily implemented the quality system AS9100.

He gained extensive knowledge in CNC controller, 5 Axis machining,  multiple CAM & simulation/verification software.

Since 2019 he has been managing the implementation of ZOLLER projects to get the optimum results for our customers.

Rita Conroy-Martin

Rita Conroy-Martin is the Director of Marketing at ZOLLER Inc., and is a multilingual with over 25 years of international professional business experience in Sales & Business Development, Marketing, and Purchasing, primarily in the manufacturing sector. She is passionate about sales and marketing alignment in the midst of the dramatic transformation that is rewriting the rules of how companies large and small engage with prospects and customers. In her current role at ZOLLER Inc. , a third generation, family owned, global technology company with a mission to make manufacturing more efficient, she blends both traditional and emerging marketing strategies to educate, engage, onboard and promote customers and prospects to new levels of efficiency with ZOLLER Solutions.

She is a graduate of the University of Limerick, Ireland with a Bachelor’s in Business and German, and a Masters in Political Science at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.  

Clayton Springer

Clayton Springer

Clayton Springer is the Video Production Specialist for Marketing at ZOLLER INC. He graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s in Television Digital Media Production. Clayton Springer joined the ZOLLER team this past June and brings with him a wide range of experiences and skillset. He has been professionally working as a video production specialist for the past six years. He has experience working in Sports Broadcast and Live Television news. Over the last three years Clayton has taken a focus on creating video content for Corporate Marketing. In that time, he has produced video content for social media platforms, cable TV commercials, promotional materials, product video content, and directing Live Stream events.

Patricia Guinnup

Patricia Guinnup

Patricia Guinnup is the Human Resources Coordinator /Service Planning at ZOLLER Tecnologías and is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. She moved to Michigan in 2010. Patricia has been  at ZOLLER for 5 years. In her role as Service Planner, she enjoys talking to clients, coordinating service, and making sure that all of  the customers have an excellent service. Patricia is an enthusiastic person looking forward to new challenges. In her free time, she enjoys Yoga, gardening, and cooking.

Dallas Sindlinger

Executive Assistant – ZOLLER Inc.

Dallas Sindlinger

Dallas Sindlinger is the Executive Assistant for Alexander Zoller, President of ZOLLER Inc. She has worked at ZOLLER for 8 years in a variety of roles including aftersales, customer service and training.  She is a certified trainer with the German American Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, camping with her family, and tending to her garden. 

Tara Doyle

Guest Relations 

Tara Doyle

Tara Doyle is a recent graduate of the University of Arizona with degrees in Communication and Environmental Studies. She moved to Michigan in 2021 and is currently interning with the Media and External Affairs department at World Wildlife Fund. During college, she worked to plan and execute sustainability-related educational events for the campus community. In her free time, Tara enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking through Michigan's beautiful natural areas. Tara will conduct ZOLLER  company tours and facilitate check in and networking during the ZOLLER  25th Anniversary Open House & Technology Days event.
