As President of ZOLLER Inc. since 2004, Alexander Zoller has been a driving force in the family owned, global technology company, and was the visionary to execute the expansion plan for the new North American Headquarters and Industry 4.0 Tech Center, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. ZOLLER has positioned itself and its customers to adapt to the manufacturing reality of the future, where hardware, software and Automation work seamlessly to create the highest efficiency in part production. Alexander earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart in 2001, and took on the role of Managing Director of E.Zoller GmbH with managerial responsibility for ZOLLER Inc. in 2004.

I started toolmaking at 13 years old and started my own business in 2021 with the goal of helping companies with short batch production, engineering services and industry 4.0 solutions. I hold two patents for tooling development and most recently developed a $4MUSD tooling and R&D division for GKN Aerospace, which has been able to bring cutting tool manufacturing in house servicing all sites across all of NorthAmerica.

Chris Townsend is an instructor and advisor for Eagle Manufacturing, a student-run manufacturing business at Brown County High School in Nashville, IN. He has been teaching engineering and manufacturing since 2016 and has been an advisor for Eagle Manufacturing since its incep)on five years ago. He also recently spearheaded a $2.2 million expansion of Eagle Manufacturing into a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility.
A leader in high school student-run business programs, Eagle Manufacturing was designed to accomplish two goals. One is to be a cuPng-edge educa)onal program, recrui)ng and preparing students for the next genera)on of manufacturing jobs. The other is to be a self-sustaining and thriving manufacturing business, providing high quality products and services for customers across the country. Keith Grillot is a manufacturing industry veteran with over 34 years of experience in the field. He’s also an expert on all things ANCA having spent 25 of those years working with ANCA. He’s worked his way through the ranks of the industry starting as a field service technician, then moving on to regional sales managers positions, and six years ago being promoted to ANCA’s Sales Manager. In this position he’s responsible for mentoring and overseeing six regional sales team members.

Moll has had a long career at ZOLLER with a progression of many international roles in sales, and general management for India and Thailand and the United States. Overall, he has more than 18 years of experience in the field of efficient manufacturing with a focus on machine tool applications and helping companies understand their process capabilities using tool presetting, measuring & inspection, tool management and Automation solutions. His experience in working with companies and partners across a variety of manufacturing segments, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive, and mining equipment ensures that ZOLLER is in alignment in solving real life part production challenges, as smart manufacturing, analytics and Industry 4.0 give rise to a new generation of possibilities in integrated technologies and advanced manufacturing practices.

Cedric Hasenfratz is the National Sales and Partnership Manager for the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Portfolio and is passionate about bringing efficiency solutions to Manufacturing. Prior to his position at ZOLLER, he was the US Account Manager for HEXAGON MFG Intelligence (CAM & Simulation) software sales segment of the business. He has deep knowledge and experience in digital tool management and process optimization for modern manufacturing.

Markus Lewandrowski is a Project Manager for Zoller North America. After learning the trade of Tool & Die maker followed by a degree in Engineering, he moved to North America in 2002 to manage projects, including R&D, product design, structural and forming studies using FEM, etc. His next career step was to manage a custom CNC shop that supplied aerospace parts and automotive tooling for 15 years. First being a customer to Zoller by investing in ZOLLER technologies such as presetter, ZOLLER TMS software, and ZOLLER TMS Hardware in 2011, streamlining operations, he easily implemented the quality system AS9100.
He gained extensive knowledge in CNC controller, 5 Axis machining, multiple CAM & simulation/verification software.
Since 2019 he has been managing the implementation of ZOLLER projects to get the optimum results for our customers.

Felix Kanbach is the National Service Manager for ZOLLER Solutions in North America and has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Heilbronn, Germany. As a former application engineer, he works closely with the ZOLLER customer base and manages the support team to ensure excellent service and aftersales support are available at all times. In his former role as ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Manager, he was responsible for supporting the implementation, roll out and training of ZOLLER Tool Management software solutions.

In the past, Matt has worked with both Starcutter and Northern Tool and has been with ZOLLER since 2017.

Werner Lueken is the Director of Tool Inspection Solutions at ZOLLER Inc and he received an engineering degree in industrial design from the University of Applied Science in Kiel, Germany in 1997. Werner has been with ZOLLER Inc for 19 intense years, where he has worked in many functions but always with a focus on supporting customers in their tool inspection needs. He is passionate about helping cutting tool manufacturers and end users solve their tool geometry challenges and to give reassurance about tool quality, and is recognized as an expert in this field both in the USA and globally.

She is passionate about sales and marketing alignment in the midst of the dramatic transformation that is rewriting the rules of how companies large and small engage with prospects and customers. In her current role at ZOLLER Inc. , a third generation, family owned, global technology company with a mission to make manufacturing more efficient, she blends both traditional and emerging marketing and business development strategies to educate, engage, onboard and promote customers and prospects to new levels of efficiency with ZOLLER Solutions.

Clayton Springer joined the ZOLLER team this past June and brings with him a wide range of experiences and skillset. Over the last three years Clayton has taken a focus on creating video content for Corporate Marketing.
