Alexander Zoller

As president of ZOLLER Inc. since 2004, Alexander Zoller has been a driving force in the family-owned, global technology company and was the visionary who executed the expansion plan for the new North American headquarters and Industry 4.0 Tech Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The company has positioned itself and its customers to adapt to the manufacturing reality of the future, where hardware, software and automation work seamlessly to create the highest efficiency in part production.

Zoller earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart in 2001, and took on the role of managing director of E.Zoller GmbH with managerial responsibility for ZOLLER Inc. in 2004.

Sarah Christopher Falk

Sarah Christopher Falk is the Director of Marketing at Scientific Cutting Tools, a company founded by her grandfather over 60 years ago.

After a career in educational communication, she returned to her roots in the carbide cutting tool industry.

Passionate about bridging education and manufacturing, she inspires the next generation to pursue careers in manufacturing engineering. She loves connecting with customers and learning about the incredible things cutting tools create.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and a master’s degree in organizational management.

Nick Henley

Nick Henley is a manufacturing engineer at Scientific Cutting Tools, specializing in programming, tool design, and quality control. He plays a key role in implementing quality control standards, utilizing Zoller equipment to enhance precision and efficiency.

Previously, at Harvey Performance Company, he led new product development, optimized CNC machining processes, and managed cross-state engineering projects.

A member of the National Eagle Scout Association, Nick combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to drive innovation and excellence.

Zach Goodbody

Zach Goodbody is a Manufacturing Specialist with expertise in CNC programming, tool management, and process optimization. He has worked across aerospace, medical device manufacturing, and precision machining, with experience at GKN Aerospace, multiple General Atomics divisions, and the medical device industry. He focuses on advancing precision manufacturing, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation in complex machining environments.

Carlos Benavides

Frank Gonzalez

Frank provides Technical Support and Training as well as helps troubleshoot any post processing needs. Since joining the CCCS team in 2019, he’s demonstrated the ability to quickly think on his feet and look at each customer’s unique goals and desired outcomes, and he’s motivated to help realize the success of our users in the quickest way possible.

Maurice Kenney

Mo, an Air Force veteran of 8 years and retired semi-pro European basketball player, has been working with CCCS since 2006. He entered the company as an Office Manager and quickly moved up to Maintenance Sales Manager, where he ensures all customers receive the proper service and support that they have come to expect.

Craig Sadler

Craig Sadler is the Lead Engineer at PraesiDM and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa. He has been involved in Industry 4.0 since 2013, beginning as an intern focused on lean manufacturing. Over the past decade, Craig has specialized in digital manufacturing, particularly within the Siemens PLM suite, with a strong emphasis on automation and optimizing manufacturing floor efficiency. His expertise in digital transformation plays a key role in advancing PraesiDM’s leadership in automation. Additionally, his deep technical knowledge and strong interpersonal abilities make him highly effective in integrating ZOLLER Solutions.

André Tarsitano

André Tarsitano is responsible for Operations and Business Development at PraesiDM, where he is dedicated to advancing modern CAX, Machining, and Tool Data Management solutions for American manufacturing. 

With over 20 years of experience in the CNC machine tool and CAD/CAM/PLM industries, André brings a deep understanding of manufacturing technology, process optimization, and digital transformation.

His expertise enables him to help businesses improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and stay competitive in an evolving industry.

Andreas Diel

Dietmar Moll

Dietmar Moll is the director of sales at ZOLLER Inc. and holds a master's of engineering from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart.

Moll has had a long career at ZOLLER with a progression of many international roles in sales, as well as general management for India and Thailand and the United States.

Overall, he has more than 18 years of experience in the field of efficient manufacturing with a focus on machine tool applications and helping companies understand their process capabilities using tool presetting, measuring and inspection, tool management and automation solutions.

His experience working with companies and partners across a variety of manufacturing segments, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive and mining ensures ZOLLER is in alignment in solving real life part production challenges, as smart manufacturing, analytics and Industry 4.0 give rise to a new generation of possibilities in integrated technologies and advanced manufacturing practices.

Nelu Bilba

Nelu Bilba is a manufacturing productivity specialist at ZOLLER Inc. He works with both new and existing customers to improve their manufacturing processes, suggesting suitable ZOLLER solutions.  He is specialist in cutting tools and toolholders.

Before he was hired at ZOLLER Inc., he was a ZOLLER customer at companies in the U.S. and Germany. His technical training took place in Romania and in Germany. After his further studies in Germany, he held various manufacturing positions ranging from prototyping to five-axis machining to cutting tool manufacturing.

Since moving to the U.S. in 2011, Bilba has held a series of leadership positions in manufacturing, including as a department manager and a production/plant manager.

Cedric Hasenfratz

Cedric Hasenfratz is the North America sales and partnership manager for the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions portfolio and is passionate about bringing efficiency solutions to manufacturing.

Prior to his position at ZOLLER, he was the U.S. account manager for Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division in the software sales segment of the business.

He has deep knowledge and experience in digital tool management and process optimization for modern manufacturing. 

Werner Lueken

Werner Lueken is the director of tool inspection solutions at ZOLLER Inc.

He earned an engineering degree in industrial design from the University of Applied Science in Kiel, Germany, in 1997.  

Lueken has been with ZOLLER Inc. for 23 intense years and has worked in many functions but always with a focus on supporting customers in their tool inspection needs.

He is passionate about helping cutting tool manufacturers and end users solve their tool geometry challenges and to give reassurance about tool quality, and is recognized as an expert in this field both in the U.S. and globally.

Rita Conroy-Martin

Rita Conroy-Martin is the director of marketing and customer experience at ZOLLER Inc., and is a multilingual with over 25 years of international professional business experience in sales and business development, marketing and purchasing, primarily in the manufacturing sector.

She is passionate about sales and marketing alignment in the midst of the dramatic transformation that is rewriting the rules of how companies large and small engage with prospects and customers.

In her current role at ZOLLER Inc., she blends both traditional and emerging marketing and business development strategies to educate, engage, onboard and promote customers and prospects to new levels of efficiency with ZOLLER Solutions.

She is a graduate of the University of Limerick, Ireland, with a bachelor's in business and German, and a master's in political science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.  

Kristen Hasenfratz

Kristen Hasenfratz is the TMS/Tool Management Solutions Administrative Assistant for TMS Sales at ZOLLER, Inc. In this role, she provides customer service and assists with event planning, in addition to supporting the sales team.  She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and New York University.  She holds both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master of Arts Degree in Education.  Kristen also completed Doctoral coursework at Teacher’s College, Columbia University and attended Oxford University in England.   Kristen’s previous professional experiences include being a Vice Principal of a bilingual, international school in Switzerland for 8 years as well as being an Adjunct College Professor in the Psychology Department. 

Clayton Springer

Clayton Springer is the video production specialist for the marketing department at ZOLLER Inc.

He has experience working in sports broadcast, live television news and corporate marketing, producing social media content, cable TV commercials, promotional materials, product videos and livestreams.

He graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor's degree in television digital media production.

Samantha Hambleton

Samantha Hambleton is the Marketing Assistant for ZOLLER Inc.. A graduate of the University of St Andrews in Scotland, Samantha earned a Master of Arts (Honours) in International Relations and Sustainable Development.

Before joining ZOLLER, Samantha gained experience with global organizations, including the United Nations, where she supported the implementation of enterprise risk management. She also worked with the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service in Berlin and London, where she helped expand social media outreach and authored market reports to support U.S. exporters.

In her current role, Samantha supports the ZOLLER marketing team in delivering innovative solutions to the industry.
