No, there is an automatically created program in our software called ZOLLER »elephant«. With this program you can easily measure the basic geometries without many settings.

The ZOLLER threadCheck« is based on the structure of the »genius« but has an additional axis for horizontal swiveling and several special programs for measuring threading tools. The swiveling axis allows the contour of the thread flanks to be correctly focused and measured without distortion.

No, you can also measure various objects, e.g. grinding wheels or the finished workpiece.

Our inspection devices can be equipped with various cameras at the customer's request. For tool manufacturers who mostly produce tools larger than 0.12" (3 mm) in diameter, we recommend the standard camera for macro tools. For micro tool manufacturers, we recommend a micro camera for tools with a diameter of more than 0.01" (0.4 mm).

Yes, we can save the measured tools in our z.One database and call them up again at any time. This means that even operators with little experience can call up the saved programs independently. The tool is measured exactly as specified.

An air-conditioned room is not required. The device can be installed in a dust-free area in the machine hall.

Yes, we can connect an automation system »roboSet 2« to all machines in the »genius« series.
