As president of ZOLLER Inc. since 2004, Alexander Zoller has been a driving force in the family-owned, global technology company and was the visionary who executed the expansion plan for the new North American headquarters and Industry 4.0 Tech Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The company has positioned itself and its customers to adapt to the manufacturing reality of the future, where hardware, software and automation work seamlessly to create the highest efficiency in part production.
Zoller earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart in 2001, and took on the role of managing director of E.Zoller GmbH with managerial responsibility for ZOLLER Inc. in 2004.

Daniel Skwierczynski
Daniel Skwierczynski is the director of operations at ERA Industries, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The company specializes in precision machining and assemblies for the aerospace, military, medical, semiconductor and transportation industries.
ERA's core competency is precision machining of components utilizing 5-axis milling, turning, mill/turn, EDM, aluminum vacuum brazing, grinding, waterjet and assemblies technology. The company's No. 1 goal is to meet customers’ needs by delivering a quality product on time.
With over 25 years of dedicated service to manufacturing, Skwierczynski's extensive expertise has significantly contributed to continuous improvement initiatives at ERA and in the industry. He has ascended through various roles throughout his tenure at ERA, consistently driving growth and embracing innovation to enhance customer support.
Jeremy St. Pierre
COO – Deco Manufacturing
Jeremy St. Pierre
Jeremy St. Pierre is the chief operating officer of Deco Manufacturing and the owner of Benchmark Manufacturing Solutions LLC.
He has 16 years of experience in manufacturing, including in the industrial, aerospace and automotive sectors. He started toolmaking at 13 and started his consulting business in 2021 to help companies with short-batch production, engineering services and Industry 4.0 solutions.
St. Pierre holds two patents for tooling development and recently developed a $4 million tooling and R&D division for GKN Aerospace that allowed the company to bring cutting tool manufacturing in-house at all sites across North America.
He was appointed COO of Deco Manufacturing in November 2023.
Tom Bassett II

Tom Bassett II
Tom Bassett II is the founder and owner of ProCam Services LLC, a full-service CNC machine shop based out of Zeeland, Michigan. He earned an associate degree in industrial tool and design in 1984 and has worked in manufacturing since then, amassing more than 40 years of industry experience.
He and his wife, Malinda, founded ProCam Services in 1995. A commitment to short lead times without sacrificing quality has fueled the company's growth over the last three decades. In 2012, ProCam Services opened its current 38,000-square-foot facility in Zeeland.
Today, the family-owned company employs more than 20 people, including two of Bassett's sons, and serves a range of sectors including agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, food processing, oil and gas, aerospace and more.
Russell Riddiford

Russell Riddiford
For 30 years, Russell Riddiford has held the position of president of ANCA Americas. In this role, he is responsible for managing the U.S. business operations including sales, engineering, business development and aftermarket activities and has excellent relationships with customers developed over his years of service.
A founding employee of the U.S. division, Russell has facilitated the growth of the region, with over 50 employees and subsidiaries in Brazil and Mexico. His team is known for providing a comprehensive service with an in-depth knowledge of the product, assisting with specialist applications and service support.
Previously, Riddiford spent over 10 years at Sandvik as a regional sales manager in the cutting tools division and was educated in Melbourne in machine tool technology.

Jim Cuthbert serves as the chief technology officer at PraesiDM, rebranded from AMS/Janus Engineering Americas, and has been pivotal in propelling the company's technical dominance in the field of Siemens PLM across North America.
His leadership has facilitated significant strides in multiple realms, such as post-processor development and machine simulation, as well as the creation of bespoke NX CAM API solutions that help customers achieve maximum efficiency.
Cuthbert's commitment to data traceability and effective reuse techniques has helped streamline production processes for numerous Department of Defense contractors in the U.S., showcasing the practical effectiveness of his team's innovative approach with real-world solutions.
Rick Melvin
President and Co-owner – Powell Tool Supply Inc.
Rick Melvin
Rick Melvin is the president and co-owner of Powell Tool Supply Inc., an industrial distributor of premiere cutting tool products for CNC machining that has been in business since 1948. Powell has always been a family-owned business located in South Bend, Indiana, serving Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, with more areas coming in the near future.
Melvin has a certified business analysis professional (CBAP) degree from the University of Illinois – Chicago business school and has a history of 38 years in the industrial distribution business, with 36 of them in management and executive positions.
Powell had its first computer system in the early 1960s and began developing VMI programs in the early 1980s to offer professional inventory management and metalworking expertise to work together in developing the best solution for the job to meet the customers’ needs.
Powell has partnered with ZOLLER to promote its tool management software for VMI solutions for customers. Powell has a team versed in the analysis and setup of VMI and ZOLLER tool management software to provide best practices and current technology to customers. The creation of a single-source ZOLLER tool management database is at the core of this process.
Powell's manufacturing and job shop facility customers service a wide array of industries, automotive, medical, aerospace, heavy equipment, agriculture, etc. and have benefited over many years from Powell’s expertise, knowledge and understanding of metalworking to achieve mutual success.
Melvin is very involved in the VMI and ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions programs being developed and enjoys working with potential customers to put a process in place to help them not just achieve their goals, but exceed what they thought was possible.

Dietmar Moll
Dietmar Moll is the director of sales at ZOLLER Inc. and holds a master's of engineering from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart.
Moll has had a long career at ZOLLER with a progression of many international roles in sales, as well as general management for India and Thailand and the United States.
Overall, he has more than 18 years of experience in the field of efficient manufacturing with a focus on machine tool applications and helping companies understand their process capabilities using tool presetting, measuring and inspection, tool management and automation solutions.
His experience working with companies and partners across a variety of manufacturing segments, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive and mining ensures ZOLLER is in alignment in solving real life part production challenges, as smart manufacturing, analytics and Industry 4.0 give rise to a new generation of possibilities in integrated technologies and advanced manufacturing practices.
Nelu Bilba

Nelu Bilba
Nelu Bilba is a manufacturing productivity specialist at ZOLLER Inc. He works with both new and existing customers to improve their manufacturing processes, suggesting suitable ZOLLER solutions. He is specialist in cutting tools and toolholders.
Before he was hired at ZOLLER Inc., he was a ZOLLER customer at companies in the U.S. and Germany. His technical training took place in Romania and in Germany. After his further studies in Germany, he held various manufacturing positions ranging from prototyping to five-axis machining to cutting tool manufacturing.
Since moving to the U.S. in 2011, Bilba has held a series of leadership positions in manufacturing, including as a department manager and a production/plant manager.

Cedric Hasenfratz
Cedric Hasenfratz is the North America sales and partnership manager for the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions portfolio and is passionate about bringing efficiency solutions to manufacturing.
Prior to his position at ZOLLER, he was the U.S. account manager for Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division in the software sales segment of the business.
He has deep knowledge and experience in digital tool management and process optimization for modern manufacturing.

Felix Kanbach
Felix Kanbach is the national service manager for ZOLLER Inc. and holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Applied Science in Heilbronn, Germany.
In his current role, Kanbach leads the aftersales, service and application engineer teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of top-notch service and aftersales support.
Previously, as the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Manager, he managed the entire implementation, rollout and training activities for the ZOLLER tool management software and hardware solutions customer base.

Werner Lueken
Werner Lueken is the director of tool inspection solutions at ZOLLER Inc.
He earned an engineering degree in industrial design from the University of Applied Science in Kiel, Germany, in 1997.
Lueken has been with ZOLLER Inc. for 23 intense years and has worked in many functions but always with a focus on supporting customers in their tool inspection needs.
He is passionate about helping cutting tool manufacturers and end users solve their tool geometry challenges and to give reassurance about tool quality, and is recognized as an expert in this field both in the U.S. and globally.

Matt Brothers
Matt Brother is the Industry 4.0 Technology Center manager at ZOLLER Inc.
With over 20 years of experience in special form cutting tool inspection and manufacturing, he bring a unique skill set to ZOLLER, in particular his specialization in cutting tool inspection process development and troubleshooting.
In the past, Brothers has worked with both Starcutter and Northern Tool. He has been with ZOLLER since 2017.

Chloe Doherty
Chloe Doherty is an Industry 4.0 Tech Center Engineer at ZOLLER Inc. She is responsible for maintaining the wide range of ZOLLER technology on display in the Industry 4.0 Tech Center and training customers on using the solutions.
Chloe was previously a mechatronics technician apprentice at ZOLLER Inc. for three years while completing an associate degree in multi-skilled manufacturing maintenance at Henry Ford College. She is currently working on a bachelor's degree in applied science.

Markus Lewandrowski
Markus Lewandrowski is the R&D manager for ZOLLER Inc.
After learning the tool and die trade and earning a degree in engineering, he moved to North America in 2002 to manage projects, including R&D, product design, structural and forming studies using FEM, etc.
His next career step was to manage a custom CNC shop that supplied aerospace parts and automotive tooling for 15 years. As a ZOLLER customer who invested in a presetter and tool management software and hardware to streamline operations, he easily implemented the quality system AS9100.
Lewandrowski has extensive knowledge in CNC controller, 5-axis machining and multiple CAM and simulation/verification software and leads ZOLLER Inc.'s North American R&D team.

Cody Mitchell is a Regional Sales Manager for ZOLLER Inc'.s North and Southeast Region and has been with ZOLLER since 2012.
Mitchell comes from an engineering background, previously working in saw blade development and geometry inspection using ZOLLER inspection equipment.

Michael Stepke is the training and development manager at ZOLLER Inc. and has been head of the ZOLLER Academy since 2018.
In his role, he is responsible for implementation and development of training across all of the departments at ZOLLER Inc.
He previously served as an application engineer, regional sales manager and product specialist at ZOLLER. He holds a master's degree in industrial surveying and metrology from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.

Rita Conroy-Martin is the director of marketing and customer experience at ZOLLER Inc., and is a multilingual with over 25 years of international professional business experience in sales and business development, marketing and purchasing, primarily in the manufacturing sector.
She is passionate about sales and marketing alignment in the midst of the dramatic transformation that is rewriting the rules of how companies large and small engage with prospects and customers.
In her current role at ZOLLER Inc., she blends both traditional and emerging marketing and business development strategies to educate, engage, onboard and promote customers and prospects to new levels of efficiency with ZOLLER Solutions.
She is a graduate of the University of Limerick, Ireland, with a bachelor's in business and German, and a master's in political science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
