The manufacturing processes are simulated in the CAM system using tool data from the cloud. The tool data from the CAM system is transferred directly to the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions in the form of a setup sheet.

Structured Tool Preparation

Tools, components, accessories and complete tools are digitally recorded and can be localized in the ZOLLER Smart Cabinets and with the help of the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions software. The prepared complete tools are identified and measured on the ZOLLER presetting and measuring machine. The tool data is then directly available on the machine control.
