The »coraArm« robot unit is responsible for automated loading of the machine tool. The tools are provided via the ZOLLER »smartPallet«-System and then inserted into the tool magazine by »coraArm«. 

»smartPallet«-System – for tool provision in automation systems. Thanks to innovative pallet technology, tools can be reliably picked up and then transported manually or automatically to the various systems. 

The »coraControl« safety device uses a safety laser scanner and an emergency stop switch to ensure the necessary safety zone during automated machine loading. Optionally, the work area can be secured additionally or only with a safety enclosure.
