Alexander Zoller

As President of ZOLLER Inc. since 2004, Alexander Zoller has been a driving force in the family owner, global technology company, and was the visionary to execute the expansion plan for the new North American Headquarters and Industry 4.0 Tech Center, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. ZOLLER has positioned itself and its customers to adapt to the manufacturing reality of the future, where hardware, software and Automation work seamlessly to create the highest efficiency in part production. Alexander earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart in 2001, and took on the role of Managing Director of E.Zoller GmbH with managerial responsibility for ZOLLER Inc. in 2004.

Dietmar Moll

Dietmar Moll is the Director of Sales at ZOLLER Inc. and holds a Master of Engineering from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart. Moll has had a long career at ZOLLER with a progression of many international roles in sales and general management for India, Thailand, and the United States. Overall, he has more than 19 years of experience in efficient manufacturing, focusing on machine tool applications and helping companies understand their process capabilities using tool presetting, measuring & inspection, tool management, and Automation solutions. His experience in working with companies and partners across a variety of manufacturing segments, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive, and mining equipment, ensures that ZOLLER is in alignment in solving real-life part production challenges as intelligent manufacturing, analytics, and Industry 4.0 gives rise to a new generation of possibilities in integrated technologies and advanced manufacturing practices.

Amit Salunkhe

Amit Salunkhe is a seasoned management professional with a proven track record of driving organizational success through strategic leadership and innovative management practices. With over two decades of experience in the Manufacturing and Metalworking Industry, he has earned a reputation as a respected figure known for strategic management and effective business growth. He has had a long career with ZOLLER since 2010, working in various roles, starting as a Service Technician, and progressing to Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager for ZOLLER India & Southeast Asia, and General Manager for ZOLLER India & Southeast Asia, General Manager India & Middle East Asia.

With 20 years of hands-on experience in the Manufacturing and Metalworking Industry, he has demonstrated exceptional acumen and proficiency in navigating the complexities of the business world.

As a management expert, he specializes in business development and sales management, with a unique strength in team building. His strategic prowess has led to the successful implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, fostering team collaboration, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

Rita Conroy-Martin

Rita Conroy-Martin is the director of marketing & customer experience at ZOLLER Inc., and is a multilingual with over 25 years of international business experience in sales & business development, marketing, and purchasing, primarily in the manufacturing sector. She is passionate about CX, sales, and marketing alignment amid the dramatic transformation that is rewriting the rules for how large and small companies engage with prospects and customers. In her current role at ZOLLER Inc., a third-generation, family-owned, global technology company with a mission to make manufacturing more efficient, she blends both traditional and emerging marketing strategies to educate, engage, onboard, and promote customers and prospects to new levels of efficiency with ZOLLER Solutions.

She graduated from the University of Limerick, Ireland, with a Bachelor’s in Business and German and a Master's in Political Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.

Felix Kanbach

Felix Kanbach is the National Service Manager for ZOLLER Solutions in North America and has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Heilbronn, Germany. As a former application engineer, he works closely with the ZOLLER customer base and manages the support team to ensure excellent service and aftersales support are available at all times. In his former role as ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Manager, he was responsible for supporting the implementation, roll out and training of ZOLLER Tool Management software solutions.

Werner Lueken

Werner Lueken is the director of tool inspection solutions at ZOLLER Inc.

He earned an engineering degree in industrial design from the University of Applied Science in Kiel, Germany, in 1997.

Lueken has been with ZOLLER Inc. for 23 intense years and has worked in many functions but always with a focus on supporting customers in their tool inspection needs.

He is passionate about helping cutting tool manufacturers and end users solve their tool geometry challenges and to give reassurance about tool quality, and is recognized as an expert in this field both in the U.S. and globally.

Matt Brothers

Matt Brother is the Industry 4.0 Technology Center manager at ZOLLER Inc.

With over 20 years of experience in special form cutting tool inspection and manufacturing, he bring a unique skill set to ZOLLER, in particular his specialization in cutting tool inspection process development and troubleshooting.

In the past, Brothers has worked with both Starcutter and Northern Tool. He has been with ZOLLER since 2017.

Markus Lewandrowski

Markus Lewandrowski is the R&D manager for ZOLLER Inc.

After learning the tool and die trade and earning a degree in engineering, he moved to North America in 2002 to manage projects, including R&D, product design, structural and forming studies using FEM, etc.

His next career step was to manage a custom CNC shop that supplied aerospace parts and automotive tooling for 15 years. As a ZOLLER customer who invested in a presetter and tool management software and hardware to streamline operations, he easily implemented the quality system AS9100.

Lewandrowski has extensive knowledge in CNC controller, 5-axis machining and multiple CAM and simulation/verification software and leads ZOLLER Inc.'s North American R&D team.

Michael Stepke

Michael Stepke is the training and development manager at ZOLLER Inc. and has been head of the ZOLLER Academy since 2018.

In his role, he is responsible for implementation and development of training across all of the departments at ZOLLER Inc.

He previously served as an application engineer, regional sales manager and product specialist at ZOLLER. He holds a master's degree in industrial surveying and metrology from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.

Georg Maerz is the National Sales Manager for ZOLLER Inc. He studied engineering at the College for Mechanical Engineering in Wuerzburg, Germany, and he served his apprenticeship in machine tool technology in Espelkamp, Germany. He joined ZOLLER in 2010, supports customers in the machining industry, and helps them create an efficient manufacturing process. He started his career as a mold maker and was promoted to Operations Management to support the plant. In 2002, he managed the operations of a new mold-making and machining facility in the USA to provide better support to customers in the USA. During his career he has gained expertise in the machine tool industry and cutting tool technology utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

Chloe Doherty

Chloe Doherty is an Industry 4.0 Tech Center Engineer at ZOLLER Inc. She is responsible for maintaining the wide range of ZOLLER technology on display in the Industry 4.0 Tech Center and training customers on using the solutions.

Chloe was previously a mechatronics technician apprentice at ZOLLER Inc. for three years while completing an associate degree in multi-skilled manufacturing maintenance at Henry Ford College. She is currently working on a bachelor's degree in applied science.

Clayton Springer

Clayton Springer is the Video Production Specialist for Marketing at ZOLLER INC. He graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s in Television Digital Media Production. Clayton Springer joined the ZOLLER team this past June and brings with him a wide range of experiences and skillset. He has been professionally working as a video production specialist for the past six years. He has experience working in Sports Broadcast and Live Television news. Over the last three years Clayton has taken a focus on creating video content for Corporate Marketing. In that time, he has produced video content for social media platforms, cable TV commercials, promotional materials, product video content, and directing Live Stream events.

Magdalena Wegrzyn

Magdalena Wegrzyn is the content marketing and PR specialist at ZOLLER Inc.

She has about 15 years of experience as a reporter, editor and digital strategist at daily newspapers in Colorado, New Mexico and Florida. Prior to joining ZOLLER, she was the planning editor for the USA TODAY Network's West Florida Region.

She is passionate about creating, editing and promoting quality content that educates the public. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of Northern Colorado.

Maria Cruz-Jimenez

Maria is a graphic designer with over ten years of experience in digital and print advertising design, branding, and social media. She is currently the marketing specialist at ZOLLER Mexico, supporting strategies and campaigns across all of the marketing channels and industry verticals.

The organization's competencies encompass programming, post-processor development, machine simulation, and tailor-made NX CAM API solutions, which include detailed on-machine probing and metrology reporting. A testament to their innovative strategies in utilizing traceable data and reuse practices, they've significantly reduced production times for several of the largest Aerospace and Defense contractors in the US, underlining the real-world effectiveness of their work.

Jim Cuthbert

Jim Cuthbert, serving as the Chief Technology Officer of PraesiDM, has been pivotal in propelling the company's technical dominance in the field of Siemens PLM across North America. His leadership has facilitated significant strides in multiple realms, such as post-processor development and machine simulation, as well as the creation of bespoke NX CAM API solutions that help customers achieve maximum efficiency. Jim's commitment to data traceability and effective reuse techniques has helped streamline production processes for numerous Department of Defense contractors in the US, showcasing the practical effectiveness of his team's innovative approach with real-world solutions.

Emilia Ballesteros

Emilia brings a wealth of experience in operations and economics to PraesiDM, with a focus on communications, partnerships, and business development.

Her background includes roles at two aerospace companies and co-founding a consulting firm specializing in diversified sales techniques, enabling her to strongly understand and influence client behavior. She also managed operations at a luxury car dealership catering to high-net-worth clients. Known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, Emilia excels at engaging and building rapport with people from all walks of life. Her expertise helps PraesiDM stand out in the industry and effectively communicate high-level topics to transform the perception of manufacturing.

Rick Melvin

Rick Melvin is the president and co-owner of Powell Tool Supply Inc., an industrial distributor of premiere cutting tool products for CNC machining that has been in business since 1948. Powell has always been a family-owned business located in South Bend, Indiana, serving Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, with more areas coming in the near future.

Melvin has a certified business analysis professional (CBAP) degree from the University of Illinois – Chicago business school and has a history of 38 years in the industrial distribution business, with 36 of them in management and executive positions.

Powell had its first computer system in the early 1960s and began developing VMI programs in the early 1980s to offer professional inventory management and metalworking expertise to work together in developing the best solution for the job to meet the customers’ needs.

Powell has partnered with ZOLLER to promote its tool management software for VMI solutions for customers. Powell has a team versed in the analysis and setup of VMI and ZOLLER tool management software to provide best practices and current technology to customers. The creation of a single-source ZOLLER tool management database is at the core of this process.

Powell's manufacturing and job shop facility customers service a wide array of industries, automotive, medical, aerospace, heavy equipment, agriculture, etc. and have benefited over many years from Powell’s expertise, knowledge and understanding of metalworking to achieve mutual success.

Melvin is very involved in the VMI and ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions programs being developed and enjoys working with potential customers to put a process in place to help them not just achieve their goals, but exceed what they thought was possible.
