The ZOLLER »zidCode« technology ensures secure data transfer to the CNC machine.

At all stations, the tool data is transferred via barcodes, QR codes or DataMatrix codes – using either the »idChip« technology – with hand-held scanners in conjunction with the »zidCode« tool identification and is centrally managed in the z.One database.

The ZOLLER »torquematic« presetting and measuring machine is equipped with an automatic torquing station that allows tools to be precisely measured and clamped without the need to exert physical force.

The machine's high-precision »ace« spindle with a dual drive system ensures exact positioning and reliable measurements. In nod to its versatility, the clamping station of the »torquematic« features a quick-change system that adjusts to different clamping nut shapes. The »torquematic« provides a fully automatic process for tools to be preset, clamped and measured. The operator just needs to activate the »torquematic« measuring program in ZOLLER's »pilot« operating software and follow the instructions.
