Scott Volk is the Executive Vice President and COO of MetalQuest Unlimited, an advanced CNC-based manufacturing company located in Nebraska and Idaho.

A competitive advantage for MetalQuest is its company-wide use of smart manufacturing and automation, which allows the business to be cost-competitive in the global manufacturing market. He has a wonderful wife that supports his every step and together they are raising 4 children.

Kevin Townsley, Quality Control Manager at Harvey Performance, has been with the organization for ten years, working closely with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and technical sales. He has lead the integration of Zoller vision equipment across all HPC site facilities, helping bridge knowledge and process gaps from design development to customer applications. Kevin has also worked extensively with Zoller’s Genius platform, merging his passion for programming and cutting tools to generate in-depth automated inspection programs at scale.

Rick Melvin is currently the President and co-owner of Powell Tool Supply, Inc. an industrial distributor of premier cutting tool products for CNC machining, in business since 1948. Powell has always been a family-owned business located in South Bend, IN serving Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, with more areas coming in the near future.
Rick has a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) degree from University of Illinois – Chicago business school and has a history of 38 years in the Industrial Distribution business, with 36 of them in management and executive positions. Powell had its first computer system in the early 1960’s and we began developing VMI programs in the early 1980’s to offer our professional inventory management and metalworking expertise to work together in developing the best solution for the job to meet the customers’ needs.
Powell has partnered with ZOLLER to promote their TMS Tool Management Software for VMI solutions for our customers. We have a team that is thoroughly versed in the analysis and setup of VMI & TMS solutions to provide best practices and current technology to our partner customers. The creation of a single source ZOLLER TMS database is at the core of this process.
Powell’s manufacturing and job shop facility customers service a wide array of industries, automotive, medical, aerospace, heavy equipment, agriculture, etc. and have benefited over many years from Powell’s expertise, knowledge and understanding of metalworking to achieve mutual success.

Senior CNC Tooling Specialist at Primetals Technologies LLC
Mike Urella is the senior CNC tooling specialist at Primetals Technologies LLC based at their Sutton, MA location. Mike has been a Primetals team member since 2019 and has been in his current role for over two years. His current duties include the selecting and procuring new tooling equipment, building out new CNC tooling assemblies, managing the ZOLLER TMS database as well as supporting manufacturing operations on the shop floor. His work on the ZOLLER TMS is used not only by tool setters and machinists to properly and efficiently build tooling assemblies, but by programmers as well. Building up ZOLLER TMS and managing it well has saved countless hours that programmers formerly spent physically looking through the 2400 built tool assemblies as well as the extensive inventory of tooling components available to create the ideal tool for a particular application.
CNC Tooling Specialist at Primetals Technologies LLC
Noah Ackerman is a CNC tooling specialist at Primetals Technologies LLC based at their Sutton, MA location. Noah Has been a Primetals team member since 2021 and has been in his current role since he joined the company. His current duties include the building of new CNC tooling assemblies to their TMS build specifications, using the ZOLLER »venturion« presetters to set tooling packages for machinists, sharpening dull tooling, and supporting day-to-day shop operations by solving any tooling problems as they arise. He also has cultivated a thorough knowledge of CNC machine operation along with the assembly of complex gear boxes throughout his time at Primetals.

Moll has had a long career at ZOLLER with a progression of many international roles in sales, and general management for India and Thailand and the United States. Overall, he has more than 18 years of experience in the field of efficient manufacturing with a focus on machine tool applications and helping companies understand their process capabilities using tool presetting, measuring & inspection, tool management and Automation solutions. His experience in working with companies and partners across a variety of manufacturing segments, including aerospace, oil and gas, automotive, and mining equipment ensures that ZOLLER is in alignment in solving real life part production challenges, as smart manufacturing, analytics and Industry 4.0 give rise to a new generation of possibilities in integrated technologies and advanced manufacturing practices.

Cedric Hasenfratz is the National Sales and Partnership Manager for the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Portfolio and is passionate about bringing efficiency solutions to Manufacturing. Prior to his position at ZOLLER, he was the US Account Manager for HEXAGON MFG Intelligence (CAM & Simulation) software sales segment of the business. He has deep knowledge and experience in digital tool management and process optimization for modern manufacturing.

Felix Kanbach is the National Service Manager for ZOLLER Solutions in North America and has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Heilbronn, Germany. As a former application engineer, he works closely with the ZOLLER customer base and manages the support team to ensure excellent service and aftersales support are available at all times. In his former role as ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions Manager, he was responsible for supporting the implementation, roll out and training of ZOLLER Tool Management software solutions.

Werner Lueken is the Director of Tool Inspection Solutions at ZOLLER Inc and he received an engineering degree in industrial design from the University of Applied Science in Kiel, Germany in 1997. Werner has been with ZOLLER Inc for 19 intense years, where he has worked in many functions but always with a focus on supporting customers in their tool inspection needs. He is passionate about helping cutting tool manufacturers and end users solve their tool geometry challenges and to give reassurance about tool quality, and is recognized as an expert in this field both in the USA and globally.

Matt Brother is the Industry 4.0 Technology Center Manager at ZOLLER Inc. With over 20 years of experience in special form cutting tool inspection and manufacturing, he bring a unique set to ZOLLER, in particular his specialization in cutting tool inspection process development and troubleshooting. In the past, Matt has worked with both Starcutter and Northern Tool and has been with ZOLLER since 2017.

Markus Lewandrowski is a Project Manager for Zoller North America. After learning the trade of Tool & Die maker followed by a degree in Engineering, he moved to North America in 2002 to manage projects, including R&D, product design, structural and forming studies using FEM, etc. His next career step was to manage a custom CNC shop that supplied aerospace parts and automotive tooling for 15 years. First being a customer to Zoller by investing in ZOLLER technologies such as presetter, ZOLLER TMS software, and ZOLLER TMS Hardware in 2011, streamlining operations, he easily implemented the quality system AS9100.
He gained extensive knowledge in CNC controller, 5 Axis machining, multiple CAM & simulation/verification software.
Since 2019 he has been managing the implementation of ZOLLER projects to get the optimum results for our customers.

Rita Conroy-Martin is the Director of Marketing and CX at ZOLLER Inc., and is a multilingual with over 25 years of international professional business experience in Sales & Business Development, Marketing, and Purchasing, primarily in the manufacturing sector. She is passionate about sales and marketing alignment in the midst of the dramatic transformation that is rewriting the rules of how companies large and small engage with prospects and customers. In her current role at ZOLLER Inc. , a third generation, family owned, global technology company with a mission to make manufacturing more efficient, she blends both traditional and emerging marketing strategies to educate, engage, onboard and promote customers and prospects to new levels of efficiency with ZOLLER Solutions.

Clayton Springer joined the ZOLLER team this past June and brings with him a wide range of experiences and skillset. He has been professionally working as a video production specialist for the past six years. He has experience working in Sports Broadcast and Live Television news. Over the last three years Clayton has taken a focus on creating video content for Corporate Marketing. In that time, he has produced video content for social media platforms, cable TV commercials, promotional materials, product video content, and directing Live Stream events.

Magdalena Wegrzyn is the Content Marketing and PR Specialist at ZOLLER Inc.
