For attaching data storage media such as RFID chips or ZOLLER »idChip« on ZOLLER Tooling tool holders. Standard on HSK-A hollow shaft tapers, SK steep tapers and polygon shaft tapers PSC.
 

ZOLLER »idChip«

For unique identification of your tool holders and the maximum product lifetime. Upon request, we can deliver the tool holders balanced with a permanently integrated chip directly to your manufacturing.
 

3-groove technology

In the chip drilling of the tool-holding fixture guarantees a safe and tight, fixed connection with the adhesive.

Four threaded bores

For subsequent fine balancing of standard shrink-fit tool holders.

Precision ground long reach ID with blending radius

Guarantees maximum shrinkfit force, because the tool is clamped along the entire length of the shaft.

Hard-turned clamping surface

Guarantees optimal sliding of the clamping segments on the clamping shoulder and excellent clamping in the spindle. This results in a maximum concentricity on the clamping shoulder of 10 μm (5 x more precise than DIN).

Concentricity tolerances

Tooling Solutions guarantee a concentrity of < 3 μm.

Finely balanced

All ZOLLER Tooling tool holders are finely balanced – G2.5 at 25,000 min-1 or max. remaining unbalance ≤ 1 gmm. This results in a smooth-running spindle during processing that protects bearings. You benefit from the extended lifetime of the spindle, an optimal part surface, and longer tool service life.

Hard-turned drive slots

Guarantee 100% center position in the groove, perfect fit in the spindle, and perfect torque transmission.

Hard-turned ejection surface

Guarantees the HSK tool holder is released reliably during a tool exchange.
