The »titan« enables high-precision measurement and inspection of a wide range of cutting tools and workpieces. It combines state-of-the-art sensor technology and optical systems for precise measurement.

The measuring accuracy of the »titan« is in the micrometer range, which enables extremely precise results: E_xy = 2.0 μm + (L/250 mm) μm and E_x = 1.3 μm + (L/300 mm) μm.

The »titan« can measure a variety of tools such as milling cutters, drills, threading tools, gear cutting tools and much more.

The device is operated with the powerful ZOLLER »pilot 4.0« software which offers intuitive operation and comprehensive evaluation options. In addition, there are specific software options for every application.

The »titan« has 6 CNC-controlled axes, which enable flexible and precise positioning of the workpiece. A 7th axis is optionally available.

The »titan« is equipped with two high-resolution cameras and a sensor for measuring the cutting edge preparation, which ensure precise measurement.

Operating the »titan« is very easy and intuitive to operate thanks to the user-friendly software (including the ZOLLER »elephant« measuring program wizard) and the ergonomic design.

The automatic level control ensures that the measuring device is always optimally aligned, which improves measuring accuracy.

The quality of the measurement results is ensured by regular calibration, high-quality components and precise software. ZOLLER is an accredited calibration laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
