A complete measurement of a hob cutter according to DIN 3968 usually only takes a few minutes. The data creation for a new tool is required once and is also very quick.
What advantages does the integrated measuring probe offer?
The measuring probe makes it possible to measure parameters that remain hidden to the camera, such as the rake angle, the pitch and the flute direction. This is particularly interesting for resharpeners.
